  • Apple Pay - Payment issue in UAE

    If you’re having trouble completing your payment with Apple Pay, this usually means your billing address is not fully saved or updated in your Apple Wallet. Apple Pay requires a valid billing address to process payments, and in some cases this information may be missing or outdated. How to fix it: →Go to Settings on your iPhone →Tap Wallet & Apple Pay →Select Billing Address →Add or update your address and try again 💡 Tip for UAE customers: Please use your Emirate name (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, etc.) as the city, and add your area or community in the address line. If the issue continues, you can complete your order using a credit or debit card, or contact us — we’ll be happy to help.

  • Which areas are covered by your delivery service?

    We partner with a delivery company to bring your orders straight to your doorstep with fast and reliable service. We currently deliver to all Emirates in the UAE. Our service includes same-day delivery and next-day delivery depending on order time and delivery location. Note: A small number of remote or restricted areas may not be covered — we’ll confirm this at checkout or on the tracking page. Once your order is placed, you receive a WhatsApp tracking link with real-time updates, delivery options and the ability to update the delivery address

  • What are your delivery hours? And what happens if I am not at home?

    Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, every day (except certain Emirates) If for any reason we’re unable to deliver on the scheduled day, your order will be given priority the next day.

  • How should I store my products?

    Our products are frozen to preserve their freshness and quality. Keep them in the freezer at all times until you’re ready to enjoy them. Follow the notes on each package to ensure the best taste and texture.

    Yes! All our products are naturally gluten-free, made without wheat or other gluten-containing ingredients. This makes them a safe and delicious choice for anyone avoiding gluten, while still keeping the authentic taste and texture you love.

    Our products are made using only halal ingredients and production practices. While we already follow halal standards, we are currently in the process of obtaining official halal certification.
