1. Introduction

This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which K-JO, operated by YBITES FOODS – FZCO (“we”, “our”, “us”), accepts returns, processes exchanges, and issues refunds for products purchased through our Website within the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”).

2. General Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the conditions set out in this Policy. All refund or exchange requests must comply with UAE consumer protection laws.

3. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Products may be exchanged within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible, products must:
    • Be in their original, unopened packaging.
    • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Products that are damaged due to mishandling after delivery, stored improperly, or consumed partially will not be eligible for return or exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Products that are perishable or have a short shelf life.
  • Products unsealed after delivery for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Products purchased on sale or through promotional offers.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling or storage.

5. Exchanges

  • Customers may request an exchange for eligible products by contacting us via email at contact@ybites.ae within the 7-day period.
  • Upon approval, the product will be exchanged with a new item of the same type and value.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued only in cases where products are defective, damaged upon delivery, or unavailable after purchase.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the same payment method as the original order.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Return Procedure

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning products unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged during return transit.

8. Reporting Issues

  • Any issues with an order, including missing or damaged products, must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Claims made after this period will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
