Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms under which K-JO, operated by
YBITES FOODS – FZCO ("we", "our", "us"), delivers products purchased through our website
within the United Arab Emirates ("UAE").
1. Delivery Areas & Rates
We deliver across all emirates in the UAE. Delivery fees are based on the order value and are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Orders below AED 180 — Delivery fee of AED 25.

Orders of AED 180 and above — Free delivery.
Delivery coverage may vary depending on service availability. Orders placed for non-serviceable areas will be cancelled and refunded in full.
2. Delivery Timeframes
All Emirates
- Order before 1:00 PM → Next-day delivery
- Order after 1:00 PM → Delivery in 2 days
- Orders placed on Saturday after 1 PM are delivered on Tuesday.
Delivery attempts are made between 08:00 AM and 09:00 PM.
3. Delivery Charges
The delivery fee is clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
- We are not responsible for delays due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information.
5. Delivery Process
- Deliveries are completed by our in-house team or trusted third-party couriers.
- Customers will receive SMS or email notifications once their order is dispatched.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, a new attempt may incur additional fees.
Note: As we work with third-party logistics partners, certain procedures and delivery timeframes may follow their policies.
6. Inspection Upon Delivery
- Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- Report missing or damaged items within 24 hours.
- Perishable items should be stored immediately to maintain freshness.
7. Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk pass to the customer once the order is delivered to the specified address.
