The Website is owned and operated by YBITES FOODS – FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.

K-JO is a premium food brand dedicated to offering exceptional products made with quality ingredients. Alongside our own branded products, we carefully curate complementary products from trusted brands that meet the standards our customers expect from K-JO.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you:

1. Are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian
2. Are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
3. Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order

3. Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, nutritional information and pricing are accurate.

However:

1. Product images are for illustration purposes only
2. Packaging, labels and presentation may vary from the images displayed
3. Manufacturers may update ingredients, nutritional values or packaging without prior notice
4. Customers should always refer to the product packaging before consumption

Our product range includes both products manufactured by K-JO and products sourced from carefully selected third-party brands that meet our quality standards.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Where applicable, prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with UAE regulations.

Prices may change without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email and/or WhatsApp, depending on the contact details provided and the communication methods available.

Acceptance of your order occurs once we confirm that the order has been processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

1. Payment cannot be verified
2. Products become unavailable
3. A pricing or product information error occurs
4. Fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected
5. Delivery cannot reasonably be completed

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Although we strive to maintain accurate inventory, occasional stock discrepancies may occur.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may:

1. Contact you to suggest a suitable replacement
2. Partially fulfil your order
3. Cancel the unavailable item and issue the corresponding refund

7. Payments

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Orders are processed only after successful payment authorisation.

We reserve the right to use fraud prevention and payment verification procedures whenever reasonably necessary.

8. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only.

While we make every effort to deliver within the communicated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, traffic, public holidays, operational issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Frozen Products

Many of our products are supplied frozen and must be stored according to the instructions provided on the packaging.

Once a frozen product has been successfully delivered, responsibility for appropriate storage transfers to the customer.

Frozen products should be transferred to a freezer as soon as possible after delivery unless otherwise indicated on the packaging.

10. Product Information

Ingredients, allergen information, nutritional values and preparation instructions are provided to assist customers.

While we regularly review this information, manufacturers may occasionally change product formulations, packaging or product information.

Customers with allergies, dietary restrictions or medical conditions should always carefully read the product packaging before consumption.

11. Food Safety

We are committed to supplying products that comply with applicable UAE food safety requirements.

If you believe a product has a quality or safety issue, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs, batch information where available, and your order number so that we can investigate promptly.

12. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy .

Due to the perishable nature of frozen food products, special conditions apply.
